Frequently Asked Questions
How is Limitless Mobility and Wellness Different?
We come to you! We provide services in home, in your day program, or in the community based on your individual needs and goals. This eliminates the frustration of transportation, saving you time and adding convenience. We provide 1:1 therapy which allows time to be spent solely on your needs.
What services are most appropriate for me?
Feel free to reach out for a consultation to see what options might be best for you.
Isn’t the gym or clinic better?
Not necessarily. Simulating real life activities in a clinic is often difficult and unsuccessful. Training in your own home or frequent environments where you experience challenges proves more beneficial for adapting and improving your skills and abilities and improves learning. Our therapists are able to provide exceptional care without the use of all the equipment you might find in a clinic and provide the care in real time in your every day life.
What insurances do you accept?
Limitless Mobility and Wellness accepts Medicare and is an approved Division of Developmental Disabilities of NJ Therapy and Wellness Provider. For those that do not have these options, an invoice will be created for submission to your insurance for reimbursement.
What if I need to cancel?
For any 1:1 sessions, a cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time is required. If less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% of session will be charged with the exception for medical emergencies. If therapist arrives to treatment location, 100% of payment will be required with the exception for medical emergencies. Please contact with any questions or concerns regarding this policy.
